Brad Carragher
Brad is from small town Prince Edward Island and has always felt a calling to serve rural areas. Brad graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. He has since moved to Wilsonville and looks forward to serving the people of Norfolk with his manual skills.
Brad enjoys working with patients of all ages with various conditions. He also has experience treating pregnant and post partum patients. His goal is to help patients leave their appointments with a better understanding of how their body is working FOR them, and what may be contributing to their issues. Humans are creatures of habit and often fall into unhealthy patterns of compensation due to our jobs, repetitive movements, or compensation from old surgeries and injuries. Learning how patients operate in life is crucial! Brad strives to understand how daily habits contribute to presenting issues; he believes simple and small changes can help counter patterns, leading to improved long-term health.
Brad uses a holistic approach when treating his patients, and various gentle manual approaches. He also takes the time to get to know each patient! Brad implements education along the way and incorporates very simple tools and exercises that are generally free, and only considerate of your time. This is so patients become more AWARE of unconscious patterns and realize change is possible.
Brad aims to liberate your body of restriction so that you can live everyday with better movement, less pain, improved well being, and better awareness of your body. He likes to use visual aids and a variety of analogies to help his patients understand and easily digest the complexities of the human body.
Brad’s passion for health started after travelling abroad, and experiencing how other cultures approached health and wellness. Since then he has been a life long learner of anatomy, physiology, and the mind. When not in the office you can find him spending time with friends, making wood carvings, or outside in nature.

Nick was born and raised in Port Dover and continues to live there with his wife Kaysee and their 3 sons, Reid, Griffin, and Elliot. He graduated from the University of Guelph in 2014, and completed his Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2019. It could be as common as helping an athlete return to competition following an ankle sprain. To helping a survivor of a stroke or a patient following a recent surgical operation regain their functional independence. Nick strides to create a strong relationship with, and build confidence in his patients so they can understand their ailments and become active participants in their health. Focusing on patient centred care and evidence-based practice, Nick utilizes a combination of education, reassurance, active rehabilitation (use it or lose it) and manual therapy, to help patients achieve THEIR GOALS.
Nick wants to see you as few times as possible, but as many as you need for you to achieve your goals. He wants his patients to reach a point in their recovery where they say to him, “Thanks for your help Nick, but I do not need you anymore.”
